ALGA Education Committee
The ALGA Education Committee keeps members up-to-date on audit-related current events and issues through cost-effective quality education and training, both regionally and with online events and webinars.
Webinars
ALGA
webinars are offered throughout the year, usually the second Wednesday of the month from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Eastern time. One continuing professional education (CPE) credit is earned.

A number of videos are available
online for viewing from the ALGA 2010 annual conference and regional training seminars.
LGAQ Quizzers
Take a
quiz on articles in the Local Government Auditing Quarterly and earn one CPE.
Regional Trainings
The ALGA Education Committee sponsors
regional training in various cities each year. These one or two-day training events bring seasoned ALGA instructors to your area, usually offering 8-16 CPEs.

Registering for an ALGA Event
This link takes you to our registration tool. For ALGA events, your login is your email address. The default password is your last name with the first letter capitalized. If you are registering for an ALGA event for the first time you will need to create an account.
We also encourage you to set your email address and password to be the same for the ALGA website and the ALGA registration system. Once you have logged into the registration system, visit "My Profile" to change your email and password.
